Friendly Walking Netball sessions at Alsager Leisure on Tuesdays between 4.30-5.30pm. There is no need to have played netball before. We start with a warm-up, then move on to practice different skills and then into small-sided games and then into a full-court game. This is an excellent way to keep fit and to learn new skills. New players are always welcome. Basic PE kit, including training shoes, advisable.
