We meet on Fridays between 10.00 and 12.00 at Rode Heath Village Hall (parking available at rear of the hall). This is a group that caters for all abilities and is as much about socialising as it is about exercise.

People who want to stop for a break for tea, coffee and biscuits. It is a very friendly welcoming group so feel free to come along as
we have vacancies.
