An informal group talking about all things STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Usually 3 - 4 topics are covered in the 1 ½ – 2 hour meetings. For example:
• computer hardware and software including the growing use of Artificial Intelligence
• astronomy, astrophysics, telescopes and optics
• math and related puzzles
• new technologies (e.g. heating with heat pumps)
• computing / programming with Python
